We are pleased to announce that Casa Wasaga B&B will soon become the first member of the AquaClub family, a new, boutique vacation rental venture to be launched by Max Maccari in early Fall 2018. Stay tuned!

I am pleased to announce that this very special and one of a kind photo taken in 1910 by the river under the Main Street Bridge will soon be available as a fully restored and enhanced 5x7 print. As a kid who started spending his weekends and summers in Wasaga in 1979, I have one of those unspoken attachments to this town. This is my way of celebrating it. Want a copy? We've yet to give it a name but let's just say French Toast now has a rival...This little doozy isn't just dipped in egg and grilled -- it's filled with a serving of bananas, Nutella, and... wait for it... cream cheese. The newest breakfast item at Casa Wasaga B&B. It weighs in at just 375 (or so) calories.

Is Wasaga making a comeback? Things are really starting to take shape... maybe a downtown area one day... and a jam-packed beach like in the good 'ol days.

The Calabria Room enhancements are done and we’re quite pleased with the turnout. In addition to adding a new bedframe, mattress and headboard, the Calabria Room was outfitted with new window treatments, bed coverings, and a reading lamp. What a great article and so many valid points. Although the references are US-based, the message here is all about a unique experience because every visit to a different B&B will be unique. Can't say the same about hotels, regardless of the rating.

I remember seeing Ron Hawkins (with Lowest of the Low) at York University in the mid-90s, having played that album all the time on my way to work. (Max)

Creemore is only an 18-minute drive from Casa Wasaga.

If you're out and about in Collingwood, check out the Huron Club... live music four nights per week from Wednesday to Saturday.

Only a 36 minute drive from Casa Wasaga, not a berry long trip at all. Add it to your itinerary if you're planning on some summer fun.

Awesome... no pets visiting Casa Wasaga B&B this weekend but we hope our guests coming from Italy will enjoy what the weekend has in store.

We just got word that FOBBA, the Federation of Ontario Bed and Breakfast Accommodation, has rated Casa Wasaga a 4-Star B&B a SUPERIOR classification: "excellent quality furnishings, wide range of amenities and services; private or ensuite facilities available." We couldn't be more pleased. Final inspections are scheduled this week and we could be officially open for business the first week of April. Tomorrow is our FOBBA inspection so we're getting close to opening day. We look forward to a positive review and the highest rating possible. Then it's off to get licensed at the town and if all goes well, we will flip the switch and make the website live by the end of the month. Almost there...
