I love getting to know my clients...it's one of my favorite parts of this job! In return, I feel like it's only fair that you get to know me a bit... To begin with, I grew up in the Niagara region in a small town called Dunnville, home of the world's largest mudcat statue (Go Mudcats!). If you don’t know what a mudcat is, it’s just another name for a catfish that is only used in Dunnville and parts of Louisiana, which might tell you a little bit about the residents of Dunnvil...le. In Dunnville, I captured a love for music, taking piano, guitar and drum lessons and playing drums in the E.L. Crossly Secondary School Marching Band. From Dunnville, I moved to Toronto to go to Seneca College for Music Production and I've loved the city ever since!

Now you may be thinking, "Whatchu talkin' 'bout Daniel?!?"... - I've never had issues with my gutters before - I don't need them serviced! - I had someone come before to clean my gutters, and they barely cleared anything I wanted to take a moment to share with you an experience I had with a client of mine that highlights the importance of having your gutters checked each and ever year. Susan signed up for servicing last year, but wasn't really sure she needed it. She had no trees surrounding her property, and big downpipes to ensure they were clearing naturally. However, when I climbed up the ladder, it was clear something was wrong. Sure enough, a single shingle had lodged itself in there, filling up the rest of the trough with water from the previous day's rainstorm. The rain ended up causing overflow which went directly into her window well, causing her basement to flood Furthermore, if I hadn't gone up and cleared the blockage, that water could have easily turned to ice when the temperatures dropped, causing her troughs to bend and sag and causing further drainage problems.
