Hi everyone I just wanted to share a few pics of myself and my late teacher Dai Sensei Saiko Shihan Masaru Shintani in private training studying the Old Wado Ryuha (Pre 1934). I took these pics of a video of him and myself in November,1988, these were private moments studying Kata. I have many videos of me studying on a one to one basis with him. It is very easy to do nothing and become complacent and lazy. So everyday Stretch and do your Karate Katas, improve yourself. PLEASE remember when you eat too much the legs get lazy. It is important to discipline yourself by having your own routine. Many times people use outside motivation to help them, this season go inward and discover the real strength we all possess.
