It is very easy to do nothing and become complacent and lazy. So everyday Stretch and do your Karate Katas, improve yourself. PLEASE remember when you eat too much the legs get lazy. It is important to discipline yourself by having your own routine. Many times people use outside motivation to help them, this season go inward and discover the real strength we all possess. WOW what a great day for us here in the Cayman Islands. The weather report was a Storm, but we did it. All participants arrived before 6 a.m. to start our first ever 100 Kata for Karate day hosted by Azato Dojo in Okinawa Japan. It took us 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete. Ten of our students did one kata Seipai (Shito Ryu/Shito Kai) from our National Kata Syllabus 100 times on our beautiful Seven Mile Beach (Governor’s Beach). Shodan John on the beautiful island in Mojorca..., Spain did Naihanchi 100 times, Congratulations for joining us globally on our mission. His pics and vids are included in this album.
