Clinic update/Mise à jour I would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding this past week while we implemented many changes to the operation of the clinic. We will be moving all appointments to a phone visit. If you have an upcoming appointment we will be contacting you to make the changes, please be patient as there are several changes to make. ... Reminder again, the phone lines are extremely busy. We will have the voicemail on all day, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We may call you back on the clinic phone or you may receive a call with "no caller id". If you are expecting a phone call from your physician, we ask that you be ready for that phone call roughly at the time of your appointment; as if in clinic the physician could be running behind schedule. If there is no answer, the physician will try again, but if missed again, they will continue on to the next patient. You will be contacted by staff then to reschedule. At this time we will be keeping our door locked. If it is necessary for you to come in the clinic please call 613-764-5440, you will then be screened on the phone and someone will open the door for you. Si vous attendez un appel téléphonique de votre médecin, nous vous demandons d'être prêt pour cet appel téléphonique à peu près au moment de votre rendez-vous; comme si à la clinique le médecin pouvait être en retard. S'il n'y a pas de réponse, le médecin réessayera, mais s'il est omis de nouveau, il continuera avec le patient suivant. Vous serez ensuite contacté par le personnel pour rescheduler. À ce moment, nous garderons notre porte verrouillée. S'il est nécessaire de venir à la clinique, veuillez composer le 613-764-5440, vous serez alors filtré au téléphone et quelqu'un vous ouvrira la porte.
