Had a great online session today! Part 1: 1 min of each for 3 rounds Mountain Climbers... Pistols Shoulder Taps Sit Ups Jumping Jacks Rest Part 2: 3 Rounds with a 10 mins time cap 30 Air Squat 20 Burpee 10 Push Ups Try it out!!
