A few days ago I wrote a piece for Canadian Small Business Women about leading yourself and your business through this crisis. The main message was that you are at the centre of your business and your life so the most important thing you can do right now is to take care of yourself and your family. These are unprecedented times and no one should be "performance shaming" anyone into feeling bad about how they are handling this. Do what you need to. Do nothing if you need to. And ignore anyone who suggests otherwise. Be well, and thank you Laurie Januska for sharing this.
