Please remember this when you think your child is "just playing"! A child's play is their work. It's how they learn to interact, socialize, build and make connections in their brains and how they learn about the world around them. Never underestimate a child's right to "just play." :) :)

...When the kids decide to hunt down a bug, squish him with a rock until he is liquified and then seek out redemption by creating a buriel and holding a funeral for him.

I seriously have the best and well behaved daycare children. So lucky to get to share my days with these kiddos :)

Just some snapshots of our daycare days. I'm amazed at the friendships these children can build at such a young age. Social, emotional, and cognitive skills are being built on the daily. NEVER underestimate playtime. This is when the majority of a child's learning is being done!

Pumpkin patch success! Holy smokes it was a busy one!! Thank you so much to the parent volunteers who came to help drive/supervise. The little ones had a ton of fun and are currently all napping as I write this ;) zzzzzzzz

Graduation day at Caterpillar Clubhouse! I have been dreading this day all summer, but finally the time has come to let go of these two special girls who have become so dear to my heart they are more like daughters to me. They have been with me since they were a year old and I have watched them grow into beautiful young ladies who will be starting kindergarten next week! They are more than ready and I wish them nothing but love and luck for the future :)

Sweetest look back over the last 4 years that my daycare has been open. Sept. 2011 - Sept.2015. Each and every child that has come and gone over the years has brought a special and unique sense of life into my heart. I will cherish these memories and look forward to making new ones in the years ahead :) Thank you Crystal Hall

Knocked another licensing inspection out of the park today! Phew...glad that's over for another year :)
