In light of the recent developments surrounding Covid-19, the staff at both Cathedral and Rosemont Dental clinics are taking the necessary precautions as well as following advisories set out by the Public Health Agency and the Saskatchewan Chief Medical Health Officer (CMHO). At this time, we are currently seeing patients on an emergency basis. This includes patients in need of emergency care due to an infection, acute pain or trauma. Although we always operate under strict ...disinfection protocol outlined in the SOHP Infection Prevention and Control Standards manual, we will be taking extra measures to ensure the health and safety of our patients. We ask that you please call our office before seeking emergency dental treatment. Upon calling our office, you will be asked the following questions: Do you have, or have you had any flu like symptoms such as a fever, cough, sneezing or difficulty breathing in the last 14 days? Have you traveled in the last 14 days? Have you been in close contact with, or live with anyone who has experienced flu like symptoms or have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 14 days? If the answer is yes to any of the above, we may decide to reschedule or post pone treatment until further notice. We ask that all patients do their part upon entering the clinic by washing their hands or using the sanitizer provided (washing is still best!). We would like to thank all of our patients during this difficult time and will keep doing our best to see patients on a priority basis until advised otherwise.
