I find that as I go through my own healing process, I am always guided to the big picture and back to the little picture. I think this information is truly critical for us 'humans' to understand. Around the 30 min. mark she talks about the shift on the planet herself, the change in consciousness and how we have to adapt, mother earth has changed.
