Just Beautiful. I have planted a Serviceberry as well as other Berry shrubs trying to attract the Cedar Waxwings and so far no luck. Maybe I should plant some more

This is a mindset we need to change. Yes we can have both. Limit the grass, it is only a dinner plate for the grubs anyway. Leave a small area of grass for the kids to play or for walkways, and diversify the rest. Every Ecology garden can add up or make a corridor in the city with neighborhood cooporation. It is amazing how nice it is to come home and watch the wildlife around the garden.
