People ask me all the time if I like being an RMT. I always answer of course and list a bunch of reasons why. Ultimately with my job, there are no pay raises, extended health benefits, or vacation/sick pay. I spend many hours outside of work reading about massage, taking courses, emailing, and charting after my workday has finished. YES, I like what I do!! So...today when a client who has seen many RMTs and has had 100's of massages in her life told me that I am very talented at what I do...I felt wonderful, it completely made my day. Every RMT I know genuinely wants to do a good job. We don't need the praise, but every now and then it feels WONDERFUL to hear it. SO...thank you!!
