For anyone wanting to help their younger children understand and process COVID-19, check out the link to this book - My Hero Is You: How kids can fight COVID-19. It was created by the The Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC), which is the longest-standing and highest-level humanitarian coordination forum of the UN system. They went through an extensive process to create this book to support children and their mental health around the stressors of Covid-19 1,700 children..., teachers and caregivers from around the world were consulted in its development. Maybe try having an older child read it to their younger sibling. https://interagencystandingcommittee.org/iasc-r/my-hero-you
