With regards to townhomes, semis and lower priced properties listed for less than $550,000... the amount of buyers out there wanting to secure a home in that price range is insane. A townhome on Michael Crescent in Barrie- end unit, finished basement, no big upgrades, carpet in bedrooms, ...was listed at $499,900 and sold for $640,000. If you have a townhome and are thinking of moving, I would say now is the time to get top dollar. There are a lot of buyers for all prices points right now including those selling their smaller homes to up size who are battling to secure their next home as well. First time I’ve ever done paperwork by candle light ... power outage is nooooooo problem. Fully charged iphone = flashlight to see and a scanner in iPhone notes app to scan the offer after signing. Fully charged laptop and a hotspot to use data from my phone when Wi-Fi is down and nothing can stop a professional when she has a back up plan for everything.
