Here is my mentor this morning. Why do I feel the need to be productive and multi-task on a Saturday morning? It will require great courage to allow myself to slow down and take time for me. Can I BE and not DO? I challenge you to BE like this basset hound today

Feeling this in Covid-y schools these days.

When I was a little girl my Grandma always made Halloween cookies with me. We would roll, cut and bake one day after school then ice and decorate the next day. All in time for me to take them to school to share at the class party. I made some today with myself and for myself filled with wonderful memories and gratitude. A reminder that time and undivided attention are the best gifts to give a child.
