Bananas disappear so fast around here lately that they never get the chance to ripen. Finally today there were two so I quickly made a batch of Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins! The freezer will get most of these. Always like to keep a few varieties in there.

Decided to make a selection of cookies for dessert night tonight. Two I've never tried, Maple Walnut Sticks and Chocolate Almond Cups, and a favourite, Amaretti, in case the other two aren't good. Made Chocolate Chip Cookies yesterday so there is something for everyone!

Dessert night! Hazelnut Torte with dark chocolate ganache and coconut whip.

For the birthday girl.....Black Forest Roll and Mince Tarts.

Let the sandwich making begin. Best bread for turkey sandwiches made fresh this morning. Cranberry Bread with whole-grain rice, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
