Hi Z- friendz...... I miss you!!! & I miss us!!! I'll start by saying how truly hard this second lockdown is for me & I know for alot of... you too! I'm thinking of y'all with lots of love & I'm always just a call or message away if you would want to touch base or chat... So...I have been an instructor, teaching group fitness classes for over 35 years...This is my true love!!! MY passion is... IN studio, IN person, hands ON and ALL with a personal touch of POSITIVE vibes and LOVE!!! Missing da house...OUR house! So, as our Zumba house has to still remain closed...and as I'm still unable to teach, dance or offer virtual classes to you at this time...only temporarily... I thought I'd place a few past videos here for you to use if you want...So you can keep yourself moving your body until we can all be together again... In the meantime friendz, think ...POWER...POWER...POWER... Or maybe I can encourage you to seek out any other type of virtual classes, YouTube videos or any other forms of fitness exercise that may be of some interest to you...Just to keep you active, your blood flowing as well as keeping your spirit up and maybe possibly it can be preventing some boredom... I noticed alot of our friends are doing plenty of walking!!! Please feel free to share your activity right here with us, in this group... When I can...Soon as I can...
