Where is you cat's favourite napping place? Some kitties love climbing to the very top of their cat tree, and some like dozing on a comfy chair or bed on the floor. This beauty has been adopted and we're so happy about it. She was named after Dr. Bonnie as she is kind and calm! Although a little shy a first she is quick to warm up and we are so thrilled that she has a home of her own now, where she can settle in and get comfortable.

Athough we are closing, we have over 20 kitties as Catoro that still need love and care. Our staff will continue working at a minimal capacity while practicing safe social distancing so that our cats can be happy and healthy and ready for you when we re-open. Earl is such a sweetheart! He loves to play and can be a bit shy, however he's extremely affectionate and loves belly rubs. He will turn himself inside out for attention, rolling and rubbing against you. He loves to burrow inside blankets when he’s sleeping. Hope this brought a smile to your day!

Diana is a pretty tabby with a bashful but curious personality and a princess-like elegance. She likes to climb and explore, and though she might put on a brave and defensive face, she is actually very self-conscious and affectionate. She really loves treats and pets (both at the same time are even better) but has limited exposure to people, so new places make her a little nervous. She wears her heart on her sleeve - she trembles when she's anxious, defends her honor when she's scared, and purrs when you're petting her. Btw, did you hear that our hours have changed? Luna is a shy and anxious girl who is very soft and wants to be sweet, but is a bit nervous around new people. She’ll instinctively headbutt your hand and rub against your legs, but then get a bit scared and find a hiding place. She may have some trauma to work through from her past. She's very curious and loves to check out what you're doing, and stands her ground against other cats. Luna needs a loving and patient home where she can open up and become her true sweet self. Kitty is a sweet, innocent looking little kitty that enjoys jumping up to you as if she’s about to start slow dancing with you. She likes to nestle her head under your chin and give YOU chin scratches with her tiny, wet nose. She’s one of the most affectionate ladies we’ve ever met. We recently talked about possibly closing the Cat Forest. Operating at half capacity is not what our business was designed to do. The overhead costs of a cat cafe are simply too high for that. The easier business decision for us is to shut down the Cat Forest and only run our pet supply business and cafe. However we truly see the impact that the Cat Forest has made. We’ve saved over 300 cats from life threatening conditions, and served over 30,000 guests. Our Cat Forest is ju...st too important to Catoro to shut down. So to keep the Cat Forest going, we're making changes to other areas. We've tried to make our pet supply offerings as beneficial to our customers as possible but have been running with very narrow margins for a long time. In order to sustain our business and ensure we can remain open, here’s a few significant changes, effective immediately. -Local deliveries free above $50 only and up to 30km from Catoro -Orders between $0 to $29.99 will have a flat rate of $6 for shipping, and $30 to $49.99 will be $3. -Paw pass points will now be issued at 2 points per dollar spent, Premium members will still get 10 points per dollar and 15 points once $1000 has been spent in a given year. -Bonus tier gifts have been removed. -500 points still given as a one time bonus for premium sign up. -Any Paw Pass Refills sign ups will still qualify for a free Premium membership - Made-to-Order items now all have free shipping, no matter the amount spent.
