Her fluid, articulate playing and flawless execution of the music brought the composers' intention to life for her audience. We also enjoyed her accessibility and warm stage persona. Beethoven Butterfield Burdeti Cellist Rosanna Butterfield is praised for her exquisite playing, but more importantly, she is a musician who is actively in...volved in changing the world. She has played under the baton of renowned conductors such as James Levine and Charles Dutoit, but has also founded an elementary school music program, and traveled to Jordan to bring music to a refugee camp.
