The countdown is on! We are ten days away from opening the doors to CAVANA RIDGE and we cannot wait to see each and every one of you. Stay tuned for the next 10 says for some behind the scenes sneak peeks of our new location.

The time has come to announce the official opening date for the much anticipated CAVANA RIDGE. On October 13th we will be opening our doors to the public and will be welcoming all of you to our dream location. We will spend the next few weeks finalizing the details of our day to day operations while welcoming back our staff for education and training. For those of you who have been placed on our waitlist, we will be reaching out to confirm your appointments in the coming weeks and Guest Services will be opening the reservation lines on Tuesday October 6th for all of your booking inquiries. Today marks the end of an era and the closing of a chapter in the lives of Joanne, myself and I’m sure to many others . Today we have say goodbye to our beauti...ful 241 Mississauga St. location, Cavana Spa and Salon, some who know it as the Cavana House. Thank you for being such a wonderful place for Joanne and I for 13 years. A place to be our 1st home, begin our marriage, begin our business, and to allow us to be such a great place to meet so many wonderful people. From the very beginning ... to all the guests that we took care of at the inn coming in from all parts of the world, to the neighbourhood clients that would come and visit us for spa services We appreciate and thank you for all of your support that you have given us over the years. There are a lot of memories that will not be forgotten in this house and we wish the new owners all the happiness, comfort and success to them as this building has brought to us. Today also marks the beginning of a new chapter. A new chapter with a new location, expanding the business with a new face and a new energy, while still maintaining a beautiful aesthetic and all the services that our guests and clients have known to love. At Cavana Ridge and Atlier Hair at Cavana Ridge, we look forward to seeing you all at our new location at 4260 Burnside Line, Severn in September. We want to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to each and every one of you; your patience is greatly appreciated as we prepare for the process of reopening our doors, the doors of Cavana Ridge. Like all great things, it takes time to bring a project of this magnitude to life and with the addition of a global pandemic, delays have been inevitable. Although we were optimistic about announcing our opening date, it is becoming more and more apparent that a little more... time is needed to achieve our desired result. The delays in shipping, product availability and materials as a direct result of our planets standstill is unfortunate and disappointing but we are committed to providing the safest and most luxurious experience we possibly can, as soon as we possibly can. We thank you for your continued understanding and look forward to accomodating all of your appointments this September. *Please note that we have started a preliminary booking list based on those appointments that had to be postponed due to Covid-19. These past few months have been a time for change. A time for all of us to focus our energy on our health, our safety and the betterment of our community. With what we feel was a premature announcement by our government, Joanne and I have deeply considered our options and capabilities to provide a safe and pleasurable experience for everyone that walks through our doors. This unique predicament has lead us to focus on the future; to mainstream our energy toward the inevitable... shift in our industry and society as a whole. As we look to the future, we ask that you join us in celebrating the official opening date of our labour of love: CAVANA RIDGE. Opening August 12, 2020, our new location will truly be a dream come true. Although it pains us greatly to do so, we have decided to continue on with our temporary closure at our Cavana Spa & Salon location. The limitations of the government issued guidelines as a result of COVID-19 have urged us to adapt in a way that is out of our control. As accomodations are made for the new owners of 241 Mississaga Street West, we feel it is in the best interest of our clientele and staff that we take this transition period between locations to focus on providing the safest experience we possibly can; educating our staff and ourselves through training while implementing new protocols. We understand that many of you are eager to get back to "normal" and we appreciate your patience and understanding over the next few weeks as we take this time to focus on a brighter future, your future; CAVANA RIDGE.
