Well after a long 4 months of not being able to do anything in the shop, I have been cleared to come back on some modified/lighter duties. I will be booking oil changes, small parts changes, and odds and ends jobs for the next couple weeks until my next appointment. Thanks to all the customers who have waited for work to be done, offered to help around the farm, and taken time from their busy days to ask about how things are going. As always we look foreword to serving this awesome area.

We have been busy in the shop the last few days doing some custom aluminum fabrication. This customer brought us his 2021 extreme step deck to design and install extendable wide load lighting. The biggest challenge we faced was keeping them tucked inside of the sliding winch track, and still getting maximum width. Thanks to a 3 piece sliding tube, the front and rear of the trailer now have up to an additional 29 (from the stake pockets) of lighting per side allowing legal ni...ght time driving, and safer day time travelling with over dimension loads up to 12’10. The lights are also multi functional so they serve as signals as well as marker/clearance. The customer also requested that they could be turned off when not in use so we added a switch to the ground side of the circuit allowing both signals and markers to easily be turned off while keeping the wiring on the grote sealed harness intact. While it was here we also reworked some existing brackets the customer supplied to mount his ramp supports inside the frame rails at the front out of the way. Grade 8 mounting hardware, stainless steel jamb bolts, non insulated connectors with double wall heat shrink tubing, lots of zip ties, and some attention to detail sure go along ways towards a clean and professional look. truck and trailer both look amazing! Our new business cards arrived yesterday, Our new logo from Morgan Bray looks awesome on them! On this batch we wanted to spruce them up a bit and get away from a boring design. We sent a rough sketch over to Karmen at Future Print in Regina and he came up with this awesome design. We couldn’t be happier! Still to come: service truck logos.
