I finished a new book "Profit First", I rate this book 3.5 out of 5. don't get me wrong, the book talks about entrepreneurs' challenges at start-up and during the course of business "especially for small and medium-sized companies. when I say small business I mean limited source of fund and lots of challanges.... The author addressed, analysed and discussed the issues, challenges for small and medium-sized companies very well. what I like in this book, the author emphasizes on pay yourself first and how you make your company works for you and pays you first. He encourages the CEO, the founders' and the owners of the business to revise their expenses carefully every year and try to run their business efficiently. he mentioned that you may need to play more than one role in the business. the book has lots of business valuable wisdom, advice, and strategies. and example of out of the box thinking to reduce your expense searech for UPS examples I disagree with the alternative option or solutions the book mentioned. I really recommend reading it. especially if you are starting new business. I got this one from Chapters/Dartmouth
