The next Helping Business Respond During COVID-19 webinar from Cape Breton Partnership!

Cape Breton West Women in Business 29.10.2020

Hi Everyone. We hope that this post finds you and your families safe and well. We're going to keep trying to push critical resources out in your direction. Our first suggestions is to follow Cape Breton Partnership, Centre for Women in Business and Strait Area Chamber for regular and informed updates on resources, programs and learning opportunities. Earlier this week CB Partnership hosted a really great webinar on accounting basics in relation to COVID-19 with Grant Thorn...ton (you can find a recording of the session on their FB page). There will be more webinars coming up and the partnership is also looking for suggestions on subject matter. Not only are these webinars a huge help in making sense of all of this uncertainty but there is also space for asking questions specific to your business and your experience. Thinking of all of our incredible small businesses and asking that you continue to support them, when and where possible. Take care and stay well! See more

If you miss this on CBC this morning (online or radio), you can probably find a clip on the CBC website. Thanks for posting Anchored Ideas!

Good morning CBWWB. We're thinking of our small business owners and employees this week. It's a difficult time for all of us as we try to navigate what's best for the health and wellbeing of our businesses, our communities, our families and ourselves. We're so lucky to live where we do! Our local communities are so supportive of small businesses. If you are changing the way you work, moving your business online or have any other ideas around how our communities can support your small business (or any other small businesses) during these uncertain times - let us know and we can help spread the word! We'll also be staying in touch with any supports and resources that come our way. Owning and working in a small business can at times feel very isolating but remember, we're all in this together! #CBWWB #workingtogetherworks
