Can I just share a little bit with you? I've been training with Andrea now for a couple of years and I want people to know just how wonderful she is. Not only... is she sweet, kind, caring and a lovely person, but she also is the BEST trainer ever!!! She knows her stuff. She has the ability to push you to do things you never thought you could do!!! I always come away from her sessions feeling tired, but so good and so glad I went.
