I posted this video a few months ago explaining that one of the reasons I work on my fitness is to be strong enough to lift all 89 lbs of Ava in and out of her ...wheelchair several times a day and to be here for as long as I can to care for her and my twins. How grateful I am for the home workout programs I do and why I align myself with that company. I am reposting this video for another reason. . . I have been hearing from a lot of mamas lately that they wish they had my motivation. Can I tell you a secret? I’d much rather lay on the couch watching reality tv eating all the snacks and drinking bottomless soda and wine than workout. I am NOT motivated. What I am is dedicated. . . Dedicated to being consistent with my workouts Dedicated to my health for my family and myself. Dedicated to showing up when life beats me up. Dedicated to sharing how I get it all done.
