And here’s one for the DIY enthusiast! Our Columbus client wanted to surprise her hubby with an awesome upgrade to his rodent infested workshop. We took the structure back to the studs, installed new insulation and drywall, and clad the exterior with siding, ensuring that the structure was watertight and free from access points for any unwelcome revisits! Finally, we retrofitted the hand-constructed barn door into the new space. The team at CCR Renovations have a definite case of ‘work-shop’ envy! Our Lynde Creek clients wanted to maximize their entertaining space and take advantage of their awesome ‘sanctuary in the city’ lot. CCR Renovations demolished the crumbling, concrete platform and columns and replaced them with a wrap around pressure treated deck with side access to grade and an extended eating (or drinking!) area platform, to admire the gorgeous views.
