Ashley here, to tell you how excited I am that tomorrow, my colleague, Sadia, is presenting the first module of the workshops that she and her colleagues have been working so hard to create! Do you know any youth or young adults ages 15-29? Are you one yourself? Join us tomorrow and or next Tuesday and Wednesday for free, virtual workshops on caring for yourself, caring for others and caring for a team. ... Reinforce the importance of and how-tos of being stronger together. This 3-module series may be taken in any order. You may attend any or all of them, though it is strongly suggested that you attend al 3 to get the full benefits. We are thrilled to announce that Module 1 of Stronger Together - Caring for Myself - is launching to the public next week!
