I spent this past couple of months completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Power Yoga Canada! After practicing yoga for almost 15 years, this training h...elped me extend myself to new heights. Not only did I gain the power to feel and seek my truth and my inner self but I found 38 incredible forever friends. I would like to thank Kinndli McCollum and Pauline Caballero for their dedication and belief in me and all of us throughout this powerful journey and as well all of our other incredible instructors who never failed to amaze me. Looking forward to completing my teaching hours to begin my journey to share this new path in life with others. See more
