Happy Canada Day!
Wishing our Brothers, families & friends well during this tough time for humanity. Here is some great ways to keep healthy: 1. Physical Fitness (is key for strengthening not only your body, but your mind & your immune system too. You don't have to go crazy, just do what you can do, even if just a little bit in your weekly routine) 2. Multi-Vitamins (try to get the ones that have all the vitamins plus the minerals too. Make sure to read up on them) 3. Greens (try to eat lots o...f veg, nuts, fruit & other real foods from the earth, & lay off the junk food) 4. Temperance (if you can't quit completely, try to greatly reduce smoking & drinking) 5. Hot & cold showers (having a shower as hot as possible, or a sauna, or a very cold shower helps your immune system & overall health) 6. Sanitary Practices (wash yourself & wipe down surfaces frequently) 7. Pray (us Masons believe in a Higher Power. It's very important to keep a connection to the Divine both in times of trouble & success & anywhere in between) Oh... & remember to laugh a lot & smile as much as you can! All the best.
