Its Lakeland vs Edmonton: are you a Cross-country Skier and have that competitive spirit? Joint me in doing a "Virtual Birkie". Here's a trick I've discovered using my new Soda Stream I got for Christmas. Normally you're supposed to carbonise water, then add a flavoring (which is usually some sort of sugary syrup). You know what works just as well (and with no sugar at all)? Just put a tea bag in there and you'd be surprised how good it tastes. ... My favorite so far is Apple Cinnamon tea.
