Important update for residents affected by the recent flooding: The municipality is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing has a...ctivated the Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) program for Kawartha Lakes. The disaster assistance program provides assistance for emergency expenses and the costs to repair or replace essential property following a natural disaster that are not covered by insurance.
