Working on my badassery today with my trainer Nick @oneingredientbody. It's hard f#$&ing work some days, but I love how I feel when I'm done. Believe me, I am guilty of overthinking and under doing. It's why I created my 'Do the Freakin' Work' mantra... for MYSELF (though I use a different F word some days).
