Red Canna is one of Georgia O'Keeffe's masterpieces, which was painted in the year 1924. This painting depicts a red canna flower, which is one of the many flowers O'Keeffe painted in her brilliant artistic career. Fine Arts is a very important part of our curriculum at CEFA. The first Remembrance Day was observed on November 11, 1931. Every year on November 11, Canadians pause in a moment of silence to honour and remember the men and women who have served, and continue to serve Canada during times of war, conflict and peace. It’s important for our children to learn about the hero’s of our past and present and reflect in honour of them today
