Happy Halloween everyone!

This On Guard all natural hand sanitizing mist is with me wherever I go...and has always been even before this year. It’s creating little simple habits like this that can help support your immune system throughout the day. It’s perfect to keep in your purse to use after doing groceries, filling up at the pump, after the gym...you know the deal. I refuse to use the chemical hand sanitizers. Did you know that many commercially made hand sanitizers were actually recalled here in... Canada due to toxicity this year? Say what?!!! . . Everything you put on your skin will have an impact on your health over time, including your hand sanitizer. So choose wisely friends. . . What I love about it is that there are no nasty chemicals and it’s also hydrating while being very effective. It has the On Guard protective oil blend that contains Wild Orange, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, and Clove Bud essential oils. You also get an extra little immune boost every time you use it. Simple daily habits friends. . . I have been using natural products for 20 years now. Little by little, I switched over everything over time to natural green products. It started with my skincare routine and went from there. (Now if someone can share a great natural deodorant that works, I would be forever grateful!! ...I still go back and forth amongst brands and have not found one that I love! #lookingforrecommendations ) . . Have you tried this On Guard hand sanitizing mist yet? . . Send me a dm if you want to get your hands on one or a few... I can hook you up! . . Cheers, Jen . . . . #naturalimmunesupport #naturalhandsanitizer #keepitgreen #lowtoxliving #lowtoxlifestyle See more

What you focus on expands. We all know that this year has been filled with so much uncertainty and fear. That is the understatement of the century. Am I right?! Well, what if we can shift our focus to all that is good in our lives instead of lingering in the doubts and fear of the unknown?... Remembering that we are co-creators of our lives by focusing on the good, shifting out of fear and into love is when magical things can start to manifest. It’s tough. I know. I have fallen into these traps of focusing on the fear of the unknown and all the self doubt this year. Sometimes it’s challenging to be able to pull yourself up out of the depths of these negative emotions and mind games that we can often play. Here are some ways to shift your mindset and help you re-focus on how you want to design your life and how you want to feel. Create a Focus roller blend using your favourite uplifting and energizing essential oils. Some of my favourite oils for this are Peppermint, Wild Orange, Frankincense, and Bergamot. Roll on your wrists and neck throughout the day. Check out my #artoflifeblends to find some inspiration for creating your own diffuser or roller blends. Get outside for a walk in nature. Breathe in all that blissful forest air and feel renewed as energized. Dance! Put your favourite dance mix on and shake it out. This is a super quick way to move stagnant energy in your body. Meditate. Being still is one of the greatest ways we can bring more focus and clarity into our life. Start writing in a gratitude journal. I have fallen of the wagon during the pandemic with my daily gratitude journaling and I always notice that when I am back in the groove with my journaling, my daily life flows much more easily. When I focus on what I am grateful for, more abundance comes my way. Clean and organize your space and fill it only with items that bring your happiness and joy. This helps the energy of your space and can also help you maintain clarity and focus. What would you add to this list?
