Saw this Kingfisher checking out the fish in the creek. He must have heard me because after the shot he looked at me then flew off.

Winter has finally come to an end. Spring brings renewed life as the forest awakens from its winter slumber. The bush's harmony grows daily as newly arriving birds add their unique song to nature's orchestra. A pair of Canada geese have decided to set up residence in the wetland, so I will attempt to follow their antics as they brood their young. You see them here as they select their nesting sight.
