This week we've been thinking about what should we do next in terms of a spec house. I figured I would ask you directly, what would you expect in a home that was listed around the $400,000 mark. Front garage? Detached garage? Basement suite?... Net zero home? Heated flooring? Modern design? Traditional design? Please let us know in the comments below.
