This message is a reminder about our cancelation policy and important information to read and actions to follow before your appointment. This message is also on my web page in the contact section as well as in my email signatures when you book your appointment. The total of your treatments will be charged for missing an appointment, for cancelling on the day of and for not notifying us ...of any changes 48 hours in advance, and that is with no exception. We have to apply stricter rules in these difficult times. Thanks for your understanding but also in respect of clients waiting for an appointment. You will receive a text confirmation from Brisa 48 hours in advance if you have provided a cell number. Write OK to confirm, write nothing else. You notify me directly by text at 819-332-1933 or Annabelle if your appointment is with her at 613-606-1188 and not Brisa, for any changes PLEASE. Wearing a mask is mandatory. Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, ring the bell at the main entrance and either myself or Annabelle will great you at the reception for disinfection and take your temperature. We are not requesting a deposit but are requesting in your file a credit card number, expiry date and 3 digits at the back and that is, for all new clients, before booking your appointment. Le total des soins te sera facturé pour avoir manqué un RV, pour avoir annulé le jour même et pour avoir omis de nous informer de tout changeme...nt 48 heures à l’avance et ce, sans exception. Nous n’exigeons pas de dépôt mais exigeons au dossier un numéro de carte de crédit, date d’expiration et les 3 chiffres à l’endos et ce, pour tous les nouveaux clients, avant de fixer un rendez-vous.
