Hi! I’m Trella, one of the owners of C52! I thought I would give you some insight on my current wedding planning journey You better believe that as wedding venue owner I have always pictured my own wedding, I plan 50+ weddings a year for couples but you only get ONE of your own. You get ideas, meet amazing vendors, and see magic through love happen every weekend. I have always dreamed about my wedding, my dress, my flowers, my decorator, photographer, which wine we wil...l drink, which champagne we will toast to and which songs we will dance the night away to.... Cue 2020, and a whole lot of change. Will and I got engaged on May 29th 2020, we were still in quarantine. He proposed on a rainy day in our blue mountain home. I was so excited! Now, time to plan! But where do we start?? Will and I chose our date within days (Sept 11/21). We decided we will get married that day regardless of what the world hands us. We decided we were okay with that, we want to be married, we are in love and it’s more then just a party to us (and trust me, parties are very important). As I get closer to my wedding, I realize how difficult this process is for everyone. Constantly being asked what if and then what. It’s tough to make decisions and stick to them, be able to see that change is okay (and yes, it’s easier for me because I do have the venue at my finger tips). I watched and was part of approximately 30 covid weddings this season, and each and every one of them was completely magical. They were different, but unique. The room was filled with love, laughter and of course a few masks. They were intimate, fun and memorable. If our wedding is anything like those weddings, we are okay with that. At the end of the day, I get to marry the man of my dreams, and for that I feel so lucky. Don’t get me wrong, some days are easier then others, some changes are easier then others. Sometimes it’s the smallest things that are the hardest to wrap your head around. Love always wins. Now, should we tackle the honey moon planning!?

Spotlight! Brittany + Jordan - Oct 3/20 We got married on October 3,2020 with our closest friends and family. We decided to have a small intimate wedding despite Covid and only gave ourselves two months to plan our wedding before our big day. Stephanie and Trella were wonderful referring us to vendors and helping us make our day come alive so quickly! The day of our wedding was beautiful from the bridal suites, to the patio, the coach house bar and cellar 52’s stunni...ng and whimsical atmosphere. It started to rain lightly right before our ceremony was to start. We quickly changed our plans and brought our ceremony inside where we got married in front of the gorgeous fireplace. We had a cocktail reception outdoors and everything was amazing. The food was delicious and all of our friends and family all said how wonderful our wedding was at Cellar 52. Stephanie and Trella did an amazing job setting up our decor and it exceeded our expectations and our vision. They worked hard during our day from helping us set up, changing our plans due to weather, coordinating our music, assisting with wardrobe issues and packing our decor up at the end of the afternoon.
