Hello Everyone. We hope all of you are managing our current circumstances well. We have received numerous calls and emails wondering if we are still open. We are. Our mode of operations have changed temporarily, but we are able to do most transactions. Some of these transactions may take a little longer due to current staffing levels for TELUS and Koodo. This is also undoubtedly, a difficult time for inpatients who are separated from their loved ones. With anxieties running high, TELUS stepped up, delivering mobile devices to clients at The Royal Mental Health Centre. With these phones, clients can receive their much-needed mental health services and support, AND stay virtually connected to their loved ones throughout these times of uncertainty. Good Morning Everyone. With the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, it has been recommended by TELUS for all dealer locations to close to the public (corporate locations and kiosks have already closed). However, some locations are being asked to stay open on a volunteer basis during this time. We are one of those volunteers.... Personally, I feel that fear is the worst virus of all. Lack of communication will stoke this fear, and the inability to get information in a timely manner will be unsettling. The Cell Phone Centre will remain open, however will take all necessary precautions for the safety of our clients and team. We realize that phones break, chargers stop working, and additional devices will be needed. Our phone lines are monitored and messages checked regularly. We will provision devices and services virtually where we can, and deliver to your homes and businesses. In the event of a repair issue, an appointment can be made on a case-by-case basis. The Hawkesbury and Kanata locations will be closed to the general public for the time being, but staffed, to serve our clients virtually. The Cornwall location will be our community hub. We will do appointment-based sales and service as the need arises. Of course we will take all necessary precautions. Our store hours will be updated on Google by the end of the day.
