Reopening day! So happy to welcome my clients back to the spa. As always, we follow best practices for infection Prevention and Control . Remember to bring your mask, we are no longer supplying them at the door. We are now seeing clients three days a week, by appointment only. This is the best day ever.

We are celebrating our reopening. We will be taking clients again beginning February 2nd. Yes, it's a little later than everyone else, however it gives us time to ensure that we have all our safety measures ready to roll again. Online booking is now open! As always, we are by appointment only. We are so excited to welcome you back. Health assessments will be done prior to arrival and reassessment at the door. 2021 is our year of wellness and we cannot wait to welcome you back.

In the interest of safety for my family and all of my valued clients, we made the decision to stay closed to in-person visits. Alberta is seeing its highest rates of community transmission to date. As I am still a Frontline healthcare worker, I am exposed on a regular basis to patients that are possibly ill with this virus. Closure is the only avenue I see at this time. Even with all of the precautions I have in place, there is still risk. Virtual consultations, at-home custom created mini facials and product sales with free delivery are all available through the holiday season! I look forward to seeing you, in the new year, when it is safer for all of us to be together again.

Just want to put out a gentle reminder to all of my clients both new and returning: even though the City of Fort Saskatchewan has not placed masks as a mandatory requirement in our community, I have chosen to have masks as a mandatory requirement for all clients attending the spa. This is to ensure the highest level of safety for both you and I. I do have masks available at the door should you forget, but coming with your own is advised. You will also be required to do covid-19 screening at the door. Should you feel ill, please reschedule your appointment. We all want to be safe and healthy. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation!

We are finally experiencing summer! But, what does this mean for your skin? Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen. Ombracreme is our go-to for sun protection. It is wonderful for your face, but it is also fantastic for total body protection! And...... if you forget to protect enough, Hydraplus is our solution to "oops, I got too much sun". Calming, soothing and hydrating, it will take the sting out of that overexposure. (Tip: keep it in the fridge for extra rescue!)

It might be pouring outside, but we will still be celebrating our national holiday today. Hours will be at home with family, likely a BBQ in the rain, being thankful for the blessing of being Canadian . True north, strong and free.

Another fabulous day in the spa! Here, we have a fantastic client with her facial mask on (no photo of her face at her request) and her polish drying from her Spa Pedi! We start with the pedi so that the polish is nearly dry upon completion of the custom-created facial! She loved the Deep metallic blue "I love Industrial Glam" with her fair skin. Ready for another day in the spa. So happy to be back in the zone. Clients are thrilled and I am blissfully happy. Nothing could be better! I had just finished the prep and thought I'd shoot a quick video. I realize that I made a little gaff when I spoke about the dates available! I have only one Saturday with available appointment times in the month of July... And that is on the 4th. There are still a few spots left... So, book soon to avoid disappointment.
