A few shots of a slate stamped patio we built last year. This one had pretty deep topsoil so we pulled that out and compacted the subgrade thoroughly to give the pad longevity.

A suspended slab exposed aggregate patio we poured in the late fall last year. The patio is carried on screw piles and has cardboard void form beneath it to give space for seasonal ground movement. This is a frost proof patio that will look the same in 20 years as it does now, as long as the new owners maintain it with regular cleaning & sealing.

Before & after pictures of some older stamped concrete we cleaned and resealed. Regular maintenance of decorative concrete is important to keep the finely detailed surface from eroding. This pad was resealed a little later than it should have been, so suffered some deterioration, but still looks really good after a cleanup. We use a durable dual acting sealer that penetrates into the concrete pores and also stays on top to provide a high-gloss finish.
