Another great and long time contractor asked us to install this custom railing for their client. After product selections were made, manufacturing started and the installation was then completed. The results speak for themselves. Our most popular wrought iron picket design combined with our new modern handrail and classic posts. You can tell the client was happy as they have already started hanging their coat on the accent post! Do it once, do it right!

This week we are featuring a local client who decided to dress up his home with new doors, paint and of course new aluminum railings with glass on his porch and balcony! His property value just went up $50K! Another happy client!

This week we are featuring a railing that we recently did for one of our long time contractors. As you can see, we caught the painter in the middle of his work. Our modern handrail was combined with simple straight wrought iron pickets and our classic posts. Notice how the accent post at the bottom of the stair was cut into the stair itself not only to give it strength but to also finish the look of the staircase. Do it once, do it right!

One of our contractor clients called us to explain that they had a project that sustained some water damage and it would require significant brick and porch repairs. They asked us to replace the old iron railing that had rusted with a new aluminum railing but it was needed sooner than later. Measurements were taken and we were able to install the new railing in a reasonable amount of time considering how many orders we already have for aluminum railings. It’s that time of year again! Do it once, do it right!

This week we wanted to feature a very special railing that was envisioned by our client and designed by the interior designer. We were tasked to produce custom made wrought iron pickets and a custom handrail with posts to match. Well, the challenge was accepted and the task was certainly accomplished as the railing has been a complete hit with everyone who has seen it. Do it once, do it right!

A local business owner called us for a new railing and although not very big, it was not straight forward as we had a few parameters that we had to work with. At the end, it was decided that it was best to simply freshen up what was already there so decorative wood handrails were added along with a custom panel post. It’s now in the hands of our trusted painter to work his magic with a fresh coat of paint on the wrought iron and stain on the handrails and post to match the hardwood flooring. Do it once, do it right!

We received a call from a client in Bolton. She explained that she had just purchased a home but it needed a railing in the basement. As we always do, we met with the client on site. It started off with the basement railing which then lead to her asking us to replace her porch railing with a new aluminum railing as well. As we were just about to leave she then asked if we could build her a railing in the garage using any leftover material that we may have in our Shop as she wasn’t picky on the design and was just going to paint it all white. So from the 1 railing it turned into 3 railings and most importantly, another happy client.

Railings are not always simply guardrails as defined by the Ontario Building Code. In many cases they provide significant assistance to some of the most important people we know, Seniors. Easier access was required for one of our clients in Markham so her Mom could make her way up to the rear deck. A new stair with a more comfortable slope was built and we were called in to install a new aluminum railing that matched as closely as possible. Check out the black coloured pickets. Nice eh? Lastly, another client in Witchurch-Stouffville called us to ask if we could install a simple handrail that would help out his parents as they navigated the stairway. A small handrail that made a huge difference. Another two happy clients!

When Mrs. M called, we listened. We usually do listen to our clients however Mrs. M was special as she has a son and a grandson (both Contractors) that are also clients of ours so we needed to look after her. After a lovely visit of her new to her home and of course a tour of the beautiful gardens and landscaping that she does all herself, it was time to build her a railing to match and we did just that. Thank you Mrs. M for your business and your ongoing family support over the years. Another happy client!

When you have a view like this client does, our aluminum railing with glass was certainly a great option for this new rear second floor deck. Combined with the Ipe wood that was used, our railing with glass finished off this beautiful deck. Do it once, do it right!

A new client called us from out of town asking if we could update his parents railing. He had asked if we could keep the original railing however modify it so it could have a new up to date look to it. So we removed the old school vinyl handrail covering that it had and replaced it with our decorative handrail. We also added two square posts to provide the look and strength that it needed. There you have it, a new look railing at a lower price point. It’s now ready along with the stairs to be prepped for staining and painting by our friends @newridgerefinishing. Another happy client!

You just have to love it when a client walks in, says he was referred by another client and then goes on to say oh by the way my daughter is getting married in two weeks and I need you to install a new wrought iron railing at my house. Two weeks is not nearly enough time but not one to disappoint, challenge accepted. We discussed style to which he had no idea, so he asked us to decide. We used design cues from the house to create a design that complimented the house. The railing was installed late on the Friday afternoon and the wedding was the next day. Another happy client!

Whether we are installing railings for a new home builder or for a private custom home, we treat every railing big or small just like it would be a railing for our own home. This week we feature two new homes from one of our builders. You can clearly see the quality and care that has gone into making these railings absolutely perfect for the new homeowners

Every so often we receive unique requests for a special railing and this is just another example. The team @ Jazzercise in Thornhill asked if we could build them safety railings for the main stage. Something that would look good, was strong and that could be painted white was exactly what they were hoping for and that’s exactly what we installed. The Painter was hot on our heels just as we were finishing. Do it once, do it right!

Our clients and our products are always our top priority but our staff and our tools are just as important. Our team is professional, punctual and we’ll arrive in either one of our Ford E250 Vans that we use for our new home builders or our new Ford T250 Van that we use specifically for our private clients.
