Tire shopping! Such a frustrating Adulting thing to have to do! Am I right? Especially in a cold country where we need a winter set and a summer set! So much work goes into maintaining our tires but at the same time it’s so important because they are the foundation of transportation. If they’re not gripping the road all else is off! Likely there’s some foundational piece in our lives that we are ignoring but if we maintained it better all else would be flowing smoother. I don’t know what it is for you but for me, it’s being more clear in my communication. I’ve been noticing lately how much I shoot myself in the foot in so many areas because I don’t communicate clearly. You got anything like that?

Wendy VanderWal Gritter shares some of her own coming out stories as well as transforming a Conversion Therapy organization into one that welcomes ALL and acts as a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ2S+ people of faith. Wendy takes us through the mistakes she's made and how hard she worked to change what she was a part of. Today Generous Space is an organization that offers safe space to many who wouldn’t have access to it in their small towns, but now are able to join in and be supported thanks to online access. GS also facilitates conversations within churches who are interested in having a conversation about the role of LGBT people in their midst. As you can see there are Coming Out stories of all kinds! When people come to Centered Life Coaching for coming out support, they’ve often been closeted for so long that many have not been living at their highest capacity and don’t have the money to pay for these important services. Either that or their self esteem is so low they ...don’t think they’re worth investing in. In our work together, we work on both the self worth part and the ability to make money. At the outset, they sometimes need someone else to support them. The trouble is... many of them don't have supportive family and it may be too scary to tell their friends about this big life change.
