A small kitchen reno we just completed in maple ridge. Replaced all the cabinets and topped them with a silestone quartz. Flooring was also all leveled and re-done with a luxury vinyl plank.

Here is a small restoration job we completed a couple months back. Kitchen floors, entry floor and kitchen island were replaced. Along with a few other small areas of the house that needed some work done. We built them a custom island to get that farmhouse feel they were looking for; which they finished off themselves with some shiplap and paint. The Kitchen floor was done with a 12x12 matte white tile and the entry floor is a 4x16 marble style tile set in a herringbone pattern.

Partial Bathroom Reno. We ripped apart this shower due to a leak that had been going on for 6 years ever since it was originally re-done. As we exposed everything we found many issues due to poor practices that were followed during the original renovation. We re-did the shower with a 3' by 3' marble looking tile and the floor in a luxury vinyl tile that matches the grey veining in the shower tile. A secondary hand shower was put in on the left side while the original shower h...ead was upgraded to an amazing 10" rain shower head. The shower was then finished off with a 10mm frameless rolling shower door. All trim was upgraded to a modern finish and the vanity is the original vanity but we refreshed the look by re-finishing it in an espresso paint. The mirror trim was also done to match. All it needs now is a fresh coat of paint on the walls, which will be done by the home owners.

A Restoration Job we are currently working on in Maple Ridge. The kitchen is close to being complete we have a bit of finishing left to do but we were able to get it back to a good functioning state for the thanksgiving weekend!
