Whether you love making New Year's resolutions or not...we have likely all experienced a little change that makes a BIG difference in our lives. . . One I made many years ago was to make my bed within one hour of getting up. I picked this one because it would affect me on a personal level throughout the day. Once that became a habit for me I took on another change.....not staying in my pj's until noon. Then not going to bed with dirty dishes in the sink....you get the idea :D.... . .
