Due to the new directions from Dr Bonnie Henry, the store is going into partial lock down for the two weeks starting this Monday. We will be allowing one person at a time in the store. Limited browsing time. Phone orders for pickup at the door and mail orders. When Dr Bonnie gives the all clear, we will open more.... Everybody - stay safe and smart.

New N-Scale Kits from Geoff Gooderham. CPR Ore Cars. 1918 CPR Ore Car, 1920 CPR Ore Car, and the 1920 CPR Ore car with Extended Sides. Each kit includes a one-piece body on a carrier to protect the stirrup steps, an ore load, two end operating levers, a grab iron jig and instructions. there is a bit of cleanup needed on the castings. You supply paint, decals, trucks, couplers, and more weight.

As some of you know Telus is migrating their E-Mail service to Google. Might be something to do with the BIG E-Mail F/U they had last year. Today is our day to change. It is not going as well as we would like. We can read and send/receive e-mails from our [email protected] account using the Gmail web AP, but not our e-mail client. Our second address [email protected] is currently borked. I will post again when we are back to where we would like to be.

New magazine this week: November 2020 Trains, December 2020 Classic Toy Trains, November/December 2020 Live Steam & Out Door Railroading, and an MR Special Issue: "Milwaukee, Racine & troy", the MR Club Layout. The Trains issue is a bit thin.

Three new magazines today: December 2020 Model Railroader, November/December Narrow gauge and Short Line Gazette, and the October 2020 Narrow Gauge Downunder. A nice winter scene on the MR this month.

A magazine week! Oh and a bunch of boxes from Walthers as well.
