After hours call out for a asv rt30 no power at cab. Found a loose bolt for the main power connection in fuse panel. What a pain in the butt to tear apart fuse panel. But once in easy fix. A good eye and a good schematic and on to the next one

The good the bad and the ugly This is what happens when you buy a used Skidsteer and don’t have it checked out. This is a case Skidsteer that probably have never had final drive oil changed Nothing a $5000 motor can’t fix

This motor is from a ditch witch trencher and the complaint was no drive in reverse at low throttle. How this machine moved at all is amazing.

Worst of the week maybe worst of month Maybe worst then covid

This is cause and effect of not changing your final drive oil. In this case unit had 1740hrs never changed final drive oil. Was able to save the motor and rebuild the final drive with new bearings and seals (picture on the right is after rebuild) Every 500 hrs we change final drive oil and rotate sprockets.
