Breast Cancer Action Ottawa held their 1st Westboro Wellness Day at the Churchill Seniors Recreation Centre in Westboro on Sept 9th. I was invited to host a table and share information about our group 'MBC Peer Support'. Had a wonderful day, it was so invigorating to be around all these people who are intent on improving the lives of breast cancer individuals. I think that I enjoyed it all the more because of people like Trump who I find very depressing and our very own Doug Ford as well.

With the exception of the lips procedure, some practitioners are too quick to camouflage. There are other options for some scars, not all, like microneedling to improve not only the outward appearance but to break up the visible effects of poor healing. Not an instant result though & for some people "instant gratification takes too long". As for the lips I have never had a bad result from adding a mm to the outer border or from correcting asymmetry. The lips pictured are gross because they're badly done & the colour choice is deplorable.
