This year was definitely one all of us will remember forever. It was life changing and challenging for everyone all around the world in many different ways. However, a new year is upon us. A new start, new dreams, new hopes. Hopes of moving forward working hard together to make this year ahead a year of change, positivity and happiness. Even though there arse still challenges to come. We will face them and overcome. We will hopefully be seeing all of you and training together again early in the new year. As we alway say in Karaté and this holds true in life, It doesn’t matter how many times we get knocked down so long as we keep getting back up So from our family to all of yours, Everyone please enjoy the holidays with your loved ones, be safe and have fun CHEERS!!!

Osu Everyone Have had a few questions about the masks so hope below will clarify Everyone must have one with them. We do not need to wear them over our face the entire time however, There will be times through the day that we may not be able to keep the six foot distance between us so everyone must have a mask with them Parents included please... 2 more sleeps Can’t wait to see everyone and train with you all again We miss our karate family Osu

Ok Team Not this Sunday but next. Coming up fast. Going to be an awesome day of fun and beach training. There will be lots happening as usual Conditioning, techniques, also belt presentations for many who had passed before Covid and maybe a surprise or two. Open to everyone all ages, ranks and styles as always. Cmon out and have some fun Please be advised that like everywhere else in this new situation, we must follow social distancing rules:... So, 1. Please make sure you have a mask with you as there may be moments when the 6 distance may be a challenge 2. We will not have access to the room to stored belongings like previous years so pack light 3. If you can, please get changed into your karate suit ahead of time because we will only be able to change a few at a time at the changing rooms and will take longer Can’t wait to see everyone and train with you all again Going to be a great day for all Osu
