Happy New Year to all our Cafe friends! Just a little update to our plans for the next couple of weeks. We have made the decision to not do Take Out, therefore we will not be open. We are working on a plan to offer Freezer Meals. I'll keep you posted! Praying that you and your family stay safe healthy!

Tomorrow is the LAST CHANCE to get Gift Cards, Aprons and Freezer Meals before we take a 2 week break for the holidays. We're open today and tomorrow till 5:00 p.m. Wishing everyone a Very Merry Christmas! May you experience all the joy this season brings!

We begin our December Soup making for the Food Bank this week - 260 servings to be made, packaged and labeled. I'm looking for 2 people to help me out on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, 9:30 - 12:30. Doesn't have to be the same 2 people. Yesterday we said good-bye to Cora-lynn as she heads off to exciting new adventures in Ottawa! We have been so blessed to have her with us for the past 1.5 years - she will be missed! Today we say "Welcome back!" to Janis as she begins the adventure of being our Kitchen Coordinator. We're looking forward to wonderful, homemade food, made straight from the heart! She made her famous Preachers Cake today! Exciting new adventures for everyone ... and we're excited to see what... God has in store for all of us! "Taste and see that the Lord is good!" As we head towards the holiday season, the Food Bank is often asked for a list of our most needed items. This season they have created a Reverse Advent Calendar with a list of the Food Bank’s most needed items. The Cafe is excited to be participating in this exciting endeavor! We hope you will consider as well. We will have a box set up in our foyer if you would like to participate through us.

Looking forward to Centre Fellowships COMMUNITY DAY tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.! I'm going to open the Cafe for those 4 hours for Ice Cream only. Going to have free jumbo freezies while they last, too! Come and check us out!

We've updated our menu for the fall season. We're excited to be featuring Muffin's By Melissa as well. Come and check us out - we'd love to serve you! Face masks are required when not eating. The patio (best in town) will be open until the weather says it's too cold!

We had lots of fun at our Hot Dog Family Dinner Night tonight! Only had 5 join in on our cupcake decorating contest so I've decided that ALL of them are winners!
